Whether you are a new friend, one who is searching, or a long-standing member you can find out all about Christ Our King here. As a community of forgiven people in Jesus Christ, we are eager for you to join us. We combine simple, life-focused messages, a welcoming atmosphere and a diverse set of ministries for children, youth, young adults, men and women, seniors, small groups, familes and more. It is our prayer that the information contained in this site will help you to better understand both our mission and ministry and perhaps might give us the opportunity to help you connect with Jesus.

  • CHILDREN’S CHURCH: Available at the 8:15 a.m. Worship service only. Children, ages 3-4th grade, have the opportunity to go from the Sanctuary to hear a special children’s sermon.
  • CHURCH NURSERY: There is a staffed nursery available in room 9 for children ages 0-4 during Sunday School and the 10:00 a.m. service.
  • BLESSING BAGS: Crayons and coloring pictures all in a nice blue or pink bag are available to help keep your little one busy. These bags are  located in the Welcome Center located on your left as you walk into the church Narthex at the front of the church.
  • IMPROVED HEARING FOR HEARING AID USERS: Our services are broadcasted into a system that hearing aid wearers can hear clearly and loudly enough to understand with no other equipment. All that is required is for the "T” coil (in most hearing aids produced after 2010) in your hearing aids to be activated by an audiologist. Please check with the Elder on duty.

Save the date for the
2020 Michigan District Theological Conference
on Saturday, February 1
We plan to host a simulcast site at Christ Our King again this year.
The theme for the conference is
“Legacy: Reclaiming a
Lost Generation.”
Christians in general, and Christian families in particular, are under spiritual and cultural attack. The result has been more families being broken and more individuals, especially the young, leaving their faith and inevitably our churches.
Our prayer—and the goal of this conference—is that we all develop the capacity to engage the culture as we also seek to retain our young people (children and grandchildren) through healthy interactions under the blessing of our Lord.

Online Giving

Matthew 6:21 "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." If you're ready to make a difference; if you're ready to influence the world, this is your opportunity! Whether you bring your tithe as a step of obedience to the Word of God or contribute as an act of generosity, your money will result in more return here than any other place in the world, a return evident in lives changed. Your contributions will help spread Christ's message of hope and freedom to so many people and places in our area and around the world. From giving a single gift to scheduling an ongoing contribution or viewing your giving history, you can do it here.

Why Give Online?

Giving online is convenient. You don't have to worry about writing your contribution checks during the service, but can instead enjoy your worship experience knowing that you have already given your contributions. Also, if you are not able to attend worship services, you are able to have the benefit of giving online at your convenience.
