Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) will be hosting this event. Mark your calendars as later this summer we will be collecting school supplies to assemble into 100 school kits for Lutheran World Relief. Take advantage of back-to-school sales in July and August for purchasing some of the items listed below: • notebooks (70 pages each) • metric rulers (can also have inches) • pencil sharpeners • pairs of blunt scissors • unsharpened pencils • ball point pens These items will be assembled in September and in October, they will be transported with the quilts to a warehouse in Maryland where they are distributed around the world to families in need.
